Shopify, looked after.
Set up by us, run by you, looked after from $40 a month.
We set up new stores for florists and small shops leaving a wire-service site, Square Online, or Wix, and we take over existing Shopify stores for owners who would rather not think about the technical side.
Founder Special - 20% off all setup fees for signups through August
Who this is for
Small shops that sell real things to real neighbors and want the web side handled.
Florists paying a wire service for a website
A membership fee plus a percentage of every order, and the site is theirs, not yours. On your own Shopify store the orders, the margin, and the customer list belong to you.
Shops that have outgrown Square Online
Delivery zones, pickup windows, and shipping rules that Square cannot express. Shopify handles them, and a small app covers the rest.
Anyone who wants to own their store
Your domain, your product data, your customer list, exportable any time. No platform sitting between you and the people who buy from you.
Already on Shopify, tired of being the IT department
A theme tweak, an app that broke checkout, a seasonal collection swap. One person who answers, so you never have to think about the technical side.
What you get with Shopify store setup
The Launch Shopify package, as published on our pricing page.
- Shopify store on a free theme, styled to your brand
- Products with sizes, options, and variants
- Delivery, pickup, and shipping configuration
- Shopify Payments, tax, and transactional emails
- Subscriptions, gift cards, and discount codes
- Domain connection + redirects from your old site
- Training so you can run it yourself
- Unlimited revisions until launch
What it costs, all in
Three monthly line items. Two of them go to Shopify and app vendors, not to us.
Shopify Basic
about $39/month
Paid to Shopify, or about $29/month billed annually. Hosting, SSL, and checkout are part of this plan.
Granite Logic care plan
from $40/month
Theme and app updates, seasonal product changes, and support. Three tiers, compared below.
Apps, only if you need them
about $30/month
For a delivery-date and pickup scheduling app, if your shop needs one. Many shops need no apps at all.
One-time setup for a new store
$639$799Founder Special
Delivered in 7-10 days. Moving from Square, Wix, or FTD? Add the Store Migration for $119 one-time. Already on Shopify? Skip this and start with the $119 takeover below.
Most shops land between $79 and $109 a month all in after setup: Shopify Basic, the Essential care plan, and a scheduling app if you need one.
On Shopify, hosting, SSL, and checkout are part of your Shopify plan. Care covers theme and app updates, seasonal product changes, and support.
Already on Shopify? Support without the setup package
No build and no $799 setup. A one-time takeover so we know your store, then a care plan so you have a Shopify developer on call.
Shopify Store Takeover
Theme and app review, access and backup setup, and a prioritized fix list before your care plan starts
$119$149one-time, then a care plan from $40/month
The kind of thing owners hand us
- Theme tweaks and new page sections
- App conflicts and a checkout that stopped working
- Seasonal collection and product swaps
- Shipping, delivery, and pickup rule changes
- Shopify and app updates, kept current
Keep what you have
Moving platforms should not mean starting over.
Your domains come with you
Every old address redirects to the new store, so local search traffic and the links people have saved keep working.
Photos and customers import
Existing product photos, descriptions, and customer lists come across from Square, Wix, or a spreadsheet. Nothing gets retyped.
In-store Square or POS can stay
Keep the register you have. If you later want one system for the counter and the web, Shopify POS is a move you can make on your own schedule.
Shopify care plans
Same three tiers as every Granite Logic site. Whether we built your store or are taking one over, this is what having a Shopify developer on retainer looks like. Save 10% when you pay for the year.

Shopify setup and support questions
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is done carefully, and that is part of the setup. Every old page address redirects to its new home on Shopify, your business name, address, and phone stay consistent, and we submit the new sitemap to Google. Local search traffic follows the redirects; most shops see no lasting dip.
Can I keep my old domain names?
Yes. Your main domain becomes the store address and any extra domains you own redirect to it. If a wire service or site builder currently controls a domain, we help you move it into an account you own before launch.
Do I have to use Shopify Payments?
No. Shopify Payments is the simplest option and avoids Shopify’s extra transaction fee, so it is what we set up by default. If you would rather keep an existing processor such as Square, Stripe, or PayPal, Shopify supports those too, and we will walk through the fee difference before you decide.
Can I run it myself after launch?
That is the point. Training is part of the setup, and the Shopify admin is built for owners: add a product, change a price, or pause delivery for a holiday from your phone. The care plan is there for the technical side and for anything you would rather hand off.
What happens in month 13?
Nothing changes automatically. Care plans have a minimum term of 12 months. After that they continue month to month and can be stopped with 30 days’ notice. Leaving before the minimum term is up follows the early-cancel policy: Remaining months × 50%.
How fast can we launch?
7-10 days from the day we have your products, photos, and logo. Gathering product photos and writing descriptions is usually the slowest part, so we start there. Shops with an existing catalog export from Square, Wix, or a spreadsheet launch fastest. Bringing over gift-card balances, subscribers, and your old URLs is the Store Migration add-on, $119 one-time.
I’m already on Shopify. Do I need the setup package?
No. Existing stores start with the Shopify Store Takeover for 119 one-time with the Founder Special (149 otherwise), which covers a theme and app review, access and backup setup, and a prioritized fix list before your care plan starts. Then pick a care plan from $40 a month. The $799 setup is only for stores we build from scratch.
What counts as a “change”?
The everyday things: swapping seasonal products and collections, adding a section to a page, fixing an app conflict, adjusting shipping or delivery rules, updating a banner. Growth includes about an hour a month of this and Priority about three. Larger projects, like a redesign or a custom integration, are quoted separately at the published rate of $120 an hour.
